I received L order in 5 days, and being shipped from Russia I haven't had any problem of payment of additional fees. The product is well packed and contains spare parts and instructions also in Italian. L I tried and I feel very satisfied. Suck the dust well, I have a flat and can d go solo in all rooms and pulirle. Picks Up dust hairs and crumbs, short the functions of a real vacuum cleaner. Arrived in 7 days! Boxed great, looks amazing. I’ve ran it once, it picked up all dirt in its track and does a great job sweeping up against the wall. It docked itself on the charger after about 30 minutes. I’m very pleased so far, I will try the mopping option after it charges up :)
